While in Seattle my husband and I went to see a local production of Harold Pinter's The Birthday Party. It was a really good show and the set and costumes were also great!
I actually took this picture from atop the Seattle Sky Needle with the aid of one of those long-distance viewers. I thought it made for an interesting effect in black and white. Photo taken in April 2007.
This photo comes to you from Two Koi in Tacoma, April 2007. This resto was near our hotel and we went there several times. It was the best sushi I've ever had. I wish I had taken pictures of their rolls, they were really artistic. I still dream of this place sometimes...
A dramatic sky over the station. If you look at the large round window, you might see a bit of Chihuly glass shining on the other side. Photo taken in Tacoma, April 2007.
Happy Friday everyone! I'm glad the weekend is finally here. Click on the skywatch link to see more skies from around the world.
Alchemy Goods is located inside an old shipbuilding factory. It's quite a beautiful old space with the great skylights and old wood. But I bet it gets hot in the summer and stays cold in the winter.
They make a variety of bags and other objects with bicycle tire inner tubes. I had purchased one of their ad bags online. This time I purchased one of their signature bags. I'm using it to tote my new Nikon!
A nice sky view from under the Rainier building in Seattle. Locals call it the wine glass building because of the way it's set up on a pedestal. Photo taken in April 2007.

The Jimmi Hendrix memorial in Renton, WA. There are still plots available in this cemetery according to many advertisements posted on the site. I guess being buried near Rock Royalty appeals to some. Photo taken in April 2010. For more cemetery shots, visit Taphophile Tragics.
Sorry, I was mistaken. Luckily I have a good husband to set me straight! This is a sunset view on the Manhattan Bridge in the Big Apple. Photo taken in July 2007.
Be sure to visit Louis la Vache to see other bridges from around the world!
