Cherubs and eagle

I've still got a store of angels and cherubs for you! This one includes a stately eagle. Photo taken in April 2012.

  2. A cherubic eagle. Never heard of such! :-))

Re your comment on Stone Creek: Unlike south Florida we're not on top of a swamp...we're on top of some very unusual ground which is made up of limestone which has been years in creation which is in turn made up of fossilized sea creatures, plus. It's very porous. When it rains hard, the water runs into the ground and washes away the earth around the limestone opening up big holes.

Some areas are more prone to sinkholes than others, but they're pretty common all over central Florida.

Hope you're having a great week. I think Tropical Storm Debby is now history and I should get to play golf again tomorrow. Yeah!
