Haute cuisine


A look at the Napa Valley Culinary Institute of America. I bet they serve some good meals in there! It was certainly impressive from the outside.

    This was once the winery operated by The Christian Brothers. The profits from their winemaking went to help operate their schools, including St. Mary's College near the East Bay town of Moraga.

    For reasons «Louis» doesn't remember, The Christian Brothers closed this winery, then the Culinary Institute took over the property.
