Cave doorway

Some Chinese still live in these traditional cave dwellings. We visited this one in Xian during our visit in November 2008. It's quite primitive, but it was interesting to meet the people who live there.

Railway bridge

This bridge takes you over the Schwielowsee in Caputh, Germany. It's a small village just outside of Berlin. Their main claim to fame is Einstein's summer home, which I have shown you before. Photo taken in June 2010.

Welcome!

These doors will take you into the Clos du Val, one of the many wineries that line the roads of Napa Valley. We stopped in for a taste of their fine reds. Such fun, but be careful - you can get tipsy quick! Photo taken in February 2010.

Footbridge in Davos

This bridge takes you over a small creek. From this point you can access a walking trail and the cross-country skiing trails, they have both classic and freestyle trails for skiing. What a beautiful backdrop for a nice stroll or ski.

Kunsthaus Zurich
