New Orleans style

This is typical New Orleans style architecture. Those wraparound balconies are very popular, especially in the quarter. Photo taken in September 2010.

  2. I remember these balconies. That's where the girls hang out during Mardi Gras and take off their tops, right?

I've never seen that but it's an interesting cultural practice.

    No?

    Darn.

  4. The Big Easy... one of my favourite cities in the U.S. - lots of culture, great drinks, food, people who don't give up, and I love the architecture too.
