Interesting one, I've never seen anything like this before! I'm so sorry for your father-in -law, it's always so difficult, especially at Christmas time. By the way, they all have very slow internet in Berlin!!!! I might be there next Monday to give my mom -in -law a drive to her sister, but the weather is threatening so I still hestitate!
