Jewish cemetery

A small Jewish cemetery in the Prenzlauer Berg district of Berlin. Unfortunately, the older graves have not survived without some vandalism. But the site is well-protected these days. Photo taken in July 2006.

  3. I was in Germany for 3 years (military spouse stationed there) ... we left in December of 1989, which was just shortly after the Berin Wall came down. While it was a joyous occasion, I was sad because during our stay in Germany, we were not allowed to venture to East Germany. Sigh.
